We've been in the IT business since 2007, but if you were to ask our CEO, Wim, why he started this journey, he'd tell you it was because he always wanted to create a place where work could actually be fun—a company with a great culture, amazing people, no bureaucracy, and zero toxic relationships. Kerkhoff Technologies, Inc., Crafty Penguins, and TopLeft are three unique companies with different specialties, yet we're all united under one banner: the Culture Core Group.
Today, we have a diverse team of 50+ employees and contractors spread across Canada (and beyond!). And even with our growth, maintaining a strong, positive culture is still at the heart of everything we do. It's an exciting time for us as we continue to grow, explore new ways to strengthen our culture, and build teams that truly thrive together.

You don’t need to be in an office building to do your best work. All our employees are fully equipped to work remotely and yet collaborate perfectly with their teams.
